Depois acrescente os demais ingredientes na ordem, aos poucos e batendo. Só uma dica, pra qualquer tipo de bolo, é importante peneirar a farinha, o chocolate, o açúcar e o fermento sempre. Em outro recipiente, misture a farinha, o mel, o bicarbonato, o fermento e a essência de baunilha (caso queira). Junte à mistura reservada, trablhando bem a massa até que ela fique lisa e macia. Deixe descansar por cerca de 30min.&lt;br /&gt;Abra a massa com um rolo (coloque filme plástico* envolta do rolo para evitar ficar esfarinhando muito), deixando espessura de 0,5cm. Com um cortador (pode ser um copo!) recorte círculos de cerca de 5,0cm de diâmetro e coloque-os em uma assadeira untada e esfarinhada. Asse em forno médio (+/-180oC) pré-aquecido, por cerca de 8min (sem dourar muito, senão vira biscoito). Retire do forno e deixe esfriar na própria assadeira. Ao todo, serão 70 "bolachas". O pessoal da faculdade gostou!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Obs: na receita, recomenda-se abrir a massa entre dois filmes plásticos (magic pack).
